Palos Verdes Villa is a locally-owned and operated 125 unit Assisted Living Facility located in Rancho Palos Verdes California.
Palos Verdes Villa provides our senior citizen residents with supervision and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) 24 hours per day 7 days a week. Our professional and caring staff also monitors each of our resident’s activities to ensure their health, safety, and well-being. Palos Verdes Villa provides a continuum of care for our senior citizen residents who cannot live independently but do not require the 24-hour medical care provided by a nursing home.
Our professional chef prepares meals are 3 times daily, with snacks and sandwiches available between meals. Although our senior citizen residents are encouraged to dine with their neighbors, they may choose to take their meals in their private rooms when necessary. All of the housekeeping and laundry will be provided for by our professional staff. Our Activities Director provides scheduled activities each and every day, arts and crafts activities, card games, billiards, music with Larry, and fitness classes.
Each of our senior citizen residents may choose either a private or semi-private apartment suite with a private full bath, and shares a community dining and living areas with other residents. Our professional staff frequently monitors our residents 24 hours a day to ensure that the residents are comfortable and safe.
