Celebrating 35 Years Palos Verdes Villa is privately owned and operated with four generations of elderly care and assisted living experience. We were established in 1976 in our outstanding facility (newly remodeled) and we offer spacious private and semi-private suite with private baths. Our suites are exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and fully furnished. Our elderly residents are encouraged to decorate and personalize their suites or to bring any private furnishings as they desire. Housekeeping and laundry are provided daily, and residents are assisted with bathing, nutrition, medication dispensing, and all of their daily living activities as part of their regular routine.
